TEMPUR-PROAdapt 2.0 中等硬度混合式床墊

Woke up without the usual stiffness in my hips for the first time in months, and the medium firmness holds me perfectly without that quicksand feeling. The hybrid coils definitely let me shift positions at night without any of the pulling I'd get from my old foam bed.

The hybrid coils make rolling over at night feel effortless, which is a huge win since I used to fight with foam-only mattresses. I’m also amazed at how evenly the top layer cradles my hips and shoulders—no more numb arm by 3 a.m.

I’ve been waking up without any pressure points for the first time in years—the way the foam contours while still letting me shift positions easily is a game-changer. The medium feel is just right for side sleeping without sinking too deep.
