Elizabeth Y. ★★★★★

I was worried about assembly but the chair came fully put together and the cushion is firm enough to keep its shape after hours of sitting.

Chloe ★★★★★

The SKU and fabric reference made it dead simple to confirm I was ordering the exact custom spec I wanted. Chair arrived exactly as the listing described, no surprises, and it's been solid for daily use.

Owen A. ★★★★☆

The fabric feels sturdy and easy to clean, which is exactly what I needed for a high-traffic area. The custom design reference made it simple to confirm I got the right specs. Took a bit longer to ship than expected, but overall a solid purchase.
