Joseph E. ★★★★★

The fabric reference on the listing made it easy to confirm the exact upholstery with my decor, and the made-to-order process was smoother than I expected. It showed up well-protected and feels solidly built for the price.

Ellie ★★★★★

I was a bit nervous ordering a made-to-order piece online, but the SKU and fabric reference made it easy to confirm everything with the showroom. The chair arrived exactly as specified, and the cushion is noticeably firmer than I expected.

Eva D. ★★★★★

The fabric reference made it painless to match my existing decor, and the custom build arrived exactly as I'd specified. It's held up beautifully in daily use, sturdy and comfortable from the first sit.
