I was a bit nervous ordering a custom piece online, but the cushion firmness is exactly what I wanted—firm enough for good back support but still soft for lounging. The loveseat fits perfectly in my small living room and looks more expensive than it was.

The custom fabric I picked really makes this loveseat stand out in my living room. It arrived looking exactly like the preview showed, with sturdy armrests that are perfect for resting my book.

I was a little worried about ordering a loveseat without sitting on it first, but the cushion depth is just right for curling up with a book. Delivery was smooth and the frame feels solid.
