The fabric is a nice neutral sand color that hides everyday dust well, and the loveseat itself feels sturdy when you recline. The size is perfect for my small living room without overwhelming the space.

I was worried about finding a loveseat that would fit our smaller living room, but this one is just right. The manual recliner mechanism is smooth and easy to operate, even for my elderly mom. Sitting in the Houston sand fabric feels sturdy yet comfortable.

The manual recline mechanism is so smooth, I barely notice I'm leaning back until I'm fully lounged. The fabric feels like a soft, sturdy canvas that I'm not afraid to let the dog jump on. It's already our favorite spot for Sunday naps.
