The fabric in this Charlotte Smoke tone is exactly what I hoped for—soft to the touch but sturdy enough for daily use. Both the right arm and armless pieces arrived on schedule, and the power feature on each one makes adjusting my seating position effortless.

The power recline function on both pieces is so smooth and quiet, which makes watching movies late at night much nicer. The charcoal smoke fabric has a subtle texture that feels durable and looks more expensive than I expected.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the two modular pieces lock together—the Jacqueline Right Arm and the Armless seat feel like one solid unit. The power recline works smoothly and the CHARLOTTE SMOKE fabric is a nice, neutral charcoal that hides everyday wear.
