The Houston Sand fabric has a nice texture that feels durable yet soft to the touch. I was able to configure the left and right arms to fit my awkward living room corner perfectly.

The modular design made it easy to fit into my awkward living room layout, and the fabric is a solid, neutral sand color that hides pet hair well. Assembly was straightforward, and the stationary arms feel sturdy enough for daily use.

I was a little nervous ordering a modular sofa online, but the left and right arm pieces came packaged well and snapped together without any fuss. The Houston Sand fabric looks exactly like the online swatch and seems durable enough for my two kids and a dog.
