The sand-colored fabric feels high-quality and looks great in my living room. I was worried the modular setup would be complicated, but the pieces aligned perfectly in minutes. It fits the space I planned and is comfier than I expected.

The modular pieces clicked together in under an hour, and the Houston Sand fabric has a subtle texture that hides everyday wear surprisingly well. The corner unit feels solid and the left-arm chair aligns perfectly with it, no gaps or wobble.

Took a while to unbox all the pieces, but the modular setup was straightforward once I got the corner and left arm facing chair aligned. The Houston sand fabric has a nice, textured feel that hides everyday wear well.
